All family members and guests attending the Symphonic Winds concert on Friday, February 22, 2008, are invited to join us for a dessert reception immediately following the concert. Details will be forthcoming.

Also, plans are underway for this year’s band dance which will be held at the Lakeside Party Center. Lauri Weinfeld, who happens to have a daughter in the band, has graciously offered her facility as a venue for this event. We are tentatively looking at Saturday, March 1, as the date for the dance. Anyone who is willing to help out with this year’s dance, please contact me. (I have a few ideas to make the night even more special for our kids and will need a few volunteers – specifically, valet parking attendants, and a few people willing to video tape and interview the arrival of our band stars.)
